Can you deliver to a PO Box number?

Unfortunately not, a physical street address is required for all deliveries.

For us to provide the best service and delivery, please can you provide us with your physical address? Our delivery partners specialize in door-to-door delivery, which is why we need a physical street address. This will allow a quicker shipping time as there will not be any confusion between any parties. 

 

Will my items be sent in one package?

We will always try and deliver the best possible service to our customers. Many of our products are housed at different warehouses and storage facilities. In many cases by shipping each item individually results in a faster overall delivery of the products.

 

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

It may take up to 3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. Should you have any queries, please contact us and we will get back to you.

 

What is our return policy?

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a few pictures, and we will look at giving you your money back in full. Then if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

 

Why does the Touch Of Magic product list get bigger from time to time?

We are continuously looking for products that can be valuable to you, our customers. Please always do visit us and hopefully, you will find something you can benefit from or even spoil someone special.
